Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in automotive, construction, signage and composites industries.
- Manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical presentations and product solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Prepare market intelligence reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Experience in composites, plastics, or automotive industries is preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $50,000–$100,000 depending on experience.
- Performance bonus, PTO and health benefits.
